And it rock if Rainbow refuse, proving stronger. As Korra who refuse to slay; evne thought Raiko was an idiot and the Earth Queen was a jerk. And this be the thing. Many think murder and revenge solve all. But Zaheer’s actions backfire with turning Kuvira into a monster.
And she was fighting a blood-thirsty (and pint-sized) warlord. Besides, remember what Yang-Chen told Aang? The Avatar has to uphold balance through ANY means necessary. If the Avatar has to do so by killing someone, then so be it.
