All the abuse is apparently knocking sense into his head, as opposed to out.
And Spike turns out to be the mature one of the episode. Who knew?
Make herself look like she’s the popular one. She is a bit of an attention horse.
If she doesn’t think it’s skin deep/shallow, why does she try to act like AJ?
Nope, it’s romantic and Trenderhoof has a crush on AJ. Rarity thinks its only skin deep.
He’s a travel writer. Which means he may/may not be writing about how Ponyville is a nice place filled with a bunch of nice locals as part of a travel guide to Equestria, but the places he looks at are generally considered popular. I’m thinking the conflict is centered around the fact that Rarity believes he would look at her boutique (and see it as a way to get more noticed) but instead he sees Sweet Apple Acres and thus interviews AJ.
Trendermane-er-hooves, sorry, is a writer.
He’s probably inspired to create a character based on AJ. Rarity, being, Rarity, retrieves her fainting couch.
Reasonable.
I already have predicted that it’s going to be Rarity trying to be Applejack, Applejack trying to be Rarity because she thinks she’s being made fun of, and Trenderhoof being completely oblivious and mentions how much he misses his wife.
Bonus points if what Rarity is jealous of is actually just him interviewing AJ.
@Itsthinking
I’ll bet you five Internets that’s how it ends: With Rarity not getting him and realizing she’s been neglecting Spike.
I honestly think this is sort of like a role reversal for them.
