Alternate headcanon: Luna’s been hiding in the basement for a thousand years, only coming out while in disguise.

She was not simply jealous, she wanted to turn equestria into a lifeless ice desert.
Anyway according to Faust the 1000 years banishment was necessary to restore her.
But now not even her know if this will become canon.
If Celestia is so wonderful why did she send her sister to the moon for being jealous rather than…I don’t know…talking to her and trying to help her? :l
