I walk up to her and say, whatever it is you want to say, I will wait until you are ready to confess. As for the guys that bully her, I would push them away making a simulation along with three other friends: One takes care of logistics and planification, another the characterization, one the information and the last one the movility.

The CMC didn’t defend themselves, they plotted an absurd revenge. They should have just told someone.

I’d tell her that those bullies were originally bullied themselves and that makes it super okay for them to bully her and if she ever tries to take repercussions against them, even in self defense, she’s a bully herself.

As for the bully situation, I’d tell her to ignore them, or tell the school staff if it’s a problem. Aside from that I would try to provide any support possible when it comes to the bully situation. If we have similar classes I’d walk with her to discourage bullies.
 
 
As for the crush situation. I’d rather become friends and fix the bully situation first.  
I’m not one for love though, I prefer to keep people as close friends.
