Thanks, I guess…though you are mischaracterising my position: I am not of the opinion that “only the original was good”, more that I found the original to be the best overall (combat, gameplay, story, characters, RPG mechanics, et cetera), but also enjoyed ME2 despite it’s flaws.
It sounded close to your occasional “only the original was good” Rants i was just reminding you about the new harsher stance on drama, so you didn’t get in trouble.

And then you got to the ending…
I was just going over two, unrelated, but emotionally impacting things Mordin says. I find him admitting making the genophage was a mistake much more poignant than him dismissing his own sacrifice as professional risk.
It gives his death a bit more meaning.
He is, When he says he made a mistake, It’s a response to Shepard pointing out that Mordin made the choice to use the modified Genophage,
I think he’s more or less talking about the moral repercussions of his actions, not a flaw in creating the disease itself.
Good to know that there isn’t only me here to criticise the inconsistencies between the Mass Effect games…
Too bad you have to sacrifice Wrex, Eve, and the future of the Krogan to do that.
