Yeah, I wonder if they’re going to be absolute douches because Williams wrote the script.
You know what I’m worried about? the friendship between Fluttershy and Applejack.
I’m worried that this is going to be some heavy handed episode about animal rights.
First major Applejack/Fluttershy interaction in the series, it already escalated to this?
At least this will be a more down-to-earth idea of compromise between friends, rather than trying to act as the mitigater for others.
Still, it’d be an interesting watch.

People always have had the wrong idea about that episode. Wasn’t a terrible episode, but also not one of the best.
McCarthy and Powell should still be the only people to write for him.
Eh, didn’t like it much, but she’d only written two other episodes, so I guess she still had some inexperience, ’cause aside from that and the Mare-Do-Well episode, I liked all of her episodes (I even thought Spike At Your Service, one people really seem to dislike, was okay)
But I love that episode…Okay, I actually don’t really have a single episode that I DON’T like, so…
In any case, I’m kind of sad now, because I doubt the vampire fruit bats are going to be as adorable as the other fruit bats.
Oh gog.
Let’s hope this one pans out better.

True. It seems almost all of Applejack’s solo episodes end up being about her family instead of her. I’d like to learn more about aspects surrounding her character that do not involve her family.
And after that, I’d like them to focus more on Big Mac. The “Eeyup” and “nope” dialogue wasn’t even humorous the first time they did it, and now it’s just limiting his character.
Glad her family isn’t seemingly involved.
These two never have any interaction. Plus it sounds like a conflict different from Applejack’s usual conflicts. This episode has been a long time coming.
