That just means that Hasbro doesn’t have the name as a registered trademark, which I don’t think they can take as it is a name that had on an old trademark that they accidentally let lapse. If there’s no more canon material to contradict the card (Such as the show itself), then I see no reason to not consider the name canon. It is on official merchandise.

There are “final” official. There have been at least two printed iterations before this that we’ve seen, and there definitely are changes that we’ve seen.

never said to buy things, some store owners have spare decks to teach how to play certain games, also i´m sure that someone will make an online version of the game so that others can play it
No. I am not pouring money into cards. Plenty of other games that don’t have an incentive to “keep buying” for that perfect deck. Games I guarantee you I will have more fun with.
