All right, here goes.
 
  1. His neck is too thick. It needs to be much thinner. Also pay attention to how the lines curve from his head to his body (do a side by side comparison with a still from the show, it might help you see them better).
     
  2. Spike is bit of an egghead here, his head should be more round. It also seems to be too small in comparison to his body. However, it seems that you got the facial proportions down pretty well. Make his head bigger, leave his nose, mouth and eye as they are.
     
  3. His leg is coming out of his ass right now. When looking at him from the side, it should begin where the leg that’s in the front begins. The leg size in comparison to the body is pretty good though. Just the placement is a bit off.
     
  4. His tail should be longer and thicker.
     
    Those are the major things i noticed. Sorry i couldn’t make a drawing to illustrate my points, i’m not very good at explaining things. :P

Speaking of which, what kind of pencil do you use? You might want to use a softer one, their line is easier to erase.
