ya i noticed that too, like she didnt just get wings when she became an alicorn her whole body started changing, like shes just on the first steps to truelly becomming a princess like celestia, luna, and cadence.
her horns longer, her body is slightly taller and slimmer and if you compare her wings to other pegasi, like fluttershy and rainbow dash, their clearly more slender and elegant then a typical pagasis wings.
Because it’s a reference to penis pumps.
Maybe Rainbow Dash got shorter.

In some scenes, when she stands next to Rainbow Dash, it becomes obvious she’s also become slightly taller (but not all of the scenes – some, like this one with Applejack, don’t show it as well).
