At first, I thought from the thumbnail it was a hotglue picture.
 
Using gloss paint or a shiny laquer is a VERY bad idea. For your next custom, only use matte paint. Or repaint that one in matte paint. The sulpt is vry nice so it’s worth trying the paint again.
