I have no idea why the hell I made this. It’s probably full of shit and not accurate in the slightest, but I had fun making it.
The height is in feet and inches, so 3.5 = three feet five inches, not three feet and a half. Like it matters anyway.

It’s a Shadow move exclusive to a handful of Shadow Pokémon in Pokémon XD. It’s basically Sandstorm/Hail, damaging non-Shadow Pokémon by 1/16 of their max HP at the end of every turn.
Because as I stated on the first ‘panel’, I don’t know shit about anything post-Emerald, so this is based on Gen III, in which Illusion didn’t exist.
Raise her EVs in Speed (132), Attack (252) and Special Attack (124). Adamant Nature and maybe another Ability then Swarm. Mold Breaker would make her a great Earthquaker too
Still, you can’t say that that it’s the same size as ours while we have Luna suggesting that both the sun and moon are of the same importance here(about the same power as Celestia) and it would be stupid if I gave someone the same power to move the sun for someone who’s duty is to move the moon even though it’s about (normally) an eight of earth’s size.
The only way I see it working if you made the planet Bigger than our own sun.
Nevermind that the area of the planet would be burned to crisp if the sun got that close.
I’m just saying because Discord’s is the closest thing to omnipotence in FIM and it was implied that he completely outclassed our celestial duo, until the Elements came to play,of course.
And since Magical ability/power(I think) is equal to Sp.Attack in this setting…
I just find it a bit stupid that that if she had that much of magical power to turn everything on the planet into fine powder, then why would she demand of manual labor requiring heavy lifting(think…something) while she might as well thrown that thing into orbit and grab it as it fell from a coffee table with no problems
Yeah I heard about that, but then trying to find scientific logic in MLP… The connection thingy doesn’t really add up with some of the events in the show (mostly, why didn’t Celestia raise the Sun in the very first episode? why did the day go on as normal while she was trapped in some cocoon thing, if she’s connected to it, anything that happens to her should have an impact on it),
Nothing hints that the Sun or Moon are any smaller, bigger or at a different distance than they are in our world, either. Such gigantic things couldn’t move that fast in our universe, but between magic, the sonic rainbooms, the anti-matter butterflies, etc., it’s clear their laws of physics are vastly different from ours.
Discord’s strength isn’t sheer offense, so I think his abilities and moves should reflect that, instead of its stats. I could totally imagine him having access to moves such as Sketch, or maybe even Wonder Guard as an ability, that would make him potentially more powerful and dangerous than just about anything, despite having slightly lower stats and being more situational. Think a mix of Mew, Smeargle and your average über sweeper. He could also have a special item that raises its powers or something.
Most argue it has more to do with Celestia’s/Luna’s magical connection with the celestial bodies than sheer magical power.
Also shouldn’t the sun be smaller than that?
Since it’s going around the planet rather than vice versa.
Forming the lands is no small buisness, nevermind the fact that her offensive/defensive capabilities shown so far aren’t the most impressive(for a pokemon anyway :|)
Ps.:Why is Discord’s Sp.attack lower than Celestia’s?
Or the base stats ,on that matter.
Yeah well, Celestia is considered some sort of Goddess by some, but really she wouldn’t be anywhere near as powerful as Arceus. She has poor defenses and with her typing, shit like Kyogre or Tyranitar could come in, change the weather and stall. RD’s speed matches Ninjask’s, which is AFAIK the fastest non-Deoxys Pokémon in Gen III, and I think in Gen VI as well.
But you’re right, their stats are way too high compared to actual Pokémon, though they have powers of the same magnitude (moving a 1.4 million kilometers ball of burning plasma is still more impressive than whatever Groudon does according to the Pokédex entries or anime).
Though it’s ok overall :P
“Based on Generation III”
But yeah, she’d be Fairy/Flying. I saw people making her Grass-type but meh.
Most of what you said is pretty interesting and accurate, but since I stopped caring about Pokémon past Gen III, I didn’t want to go and add shit I don’t really know much about. Thinking back about it, I did make Fluttershy way too offensive, but the rest is pretty even.
I was thinking of Lickitung when I made Pinkie, for some reason, so yeah I see her as a bulky Normal-type with even stats and a wide movepool.
I have no excuses whatsoever to have forgotten Transform on Chrysalis.
And of course, the movesets are simply things that would fit their personalities and canon abilities, so Blast Burn, being the most powerful fire attack as of Gen III was the obvious choice for Celestia, despite the fact even a 10 years old wouldn’t run it over Flamethrower.
I might go and spend some time reading shit on Smogon or something, and attempt to make a V2 of this with other characters, including non-equines with Gen IV/V moves and abilities.
Well Sombra is similar to other shit like Beedrill, Charizard, etc., it would need to have three types to be accurate. His dark magic being purple and all as well as the black smoke reminded me more of a ghost, while he has the ability to teleport, give hallucinations, and is, after all, a unicorn. So I decided to make him Psychic over Dark.
Applejack’s I like and fits. Another later gen ability to consider would be Sap Sipper (Gen 5) since she works with plants well or Defiant (Gen 5).
I would’ve also pegged Rarity as one with a higher base Speed. Remember, base Speed is NOT top speed but more like acceleration and reflexes. Her speed might be somewhere like 104 and frailer Defense; something more like Delphox’s distribution. Dark sort of fits her since she is often portrayed as the rouge class in RPG crossovers though I would drop the Normal typing. She could probably learn Rock moves like Stone Edge and Power Gem (both Gen 4 moves). Part Psychic is possible and maybe even the new Fairy typing. Alternative abilities might be Magic Guard (Gen 5) because of her fussiness or Infiltrator (Gen 5) helps with that rouge class theme.
Fluttershy is a good candidate for the new Fairy typing, which makes her dragon-slayer portrayal more convincing. I would’ve had her as more defensive with big HP for Wish passing. Natural Cure is spot on. Roost (Gen 4) is a given being a Flying typed Recover.
Pinkie Pie is fine as pure Normal. Widest movepool of the entire Mane 6 and even stat distribution. Alternative abilities would be Scrappy (Gen 4) to giggle at the ghosties or Prankster (Gen 5) since she loves pranking.
RD is near perfect though I’d put Guts or Defiant (Gen 5) has her ability, befitting her nature. She could be mono Flying too. Brave Bird (Gen 4) would be a fitting move for her too.
Twilight’s stats are perfect though I’d place her as mono Psychic. Adaptability (Gen 4) would be another fitting ability, given how powerful her magic is.
Celestia’s is good, though I’d personally never run Blast Burn when Overheat or Fire Blast is available.
Luna and NMM are okay though I’d add Shadow Sneak (Gen 4) or Phantom Force (Gen 6). Darkrai’s Bad Dream ability (Gen 4) also works for NMM.
Chrysalis is fine though I’d add Dark Pulse (Gen 4) or Bug Buzz (Gen 4) or even the obvious Transform. The new Imposter ability (Gen 5) or Illusion (Gen 5) would fit her changeling ability.
Sombra is also fine though I’d add Shadow Sneak (Gen 4) or Rock Tomb.
Discord could have Prankster (Gen 5) as an ability, which works with his mischievous nature, or Contrary (Gen 5). The new Topsy-Turvy move (Gen 6) would also work in his movepool.
Well still, both villains have a 600 BST. NMM is basically Luna so I wanted to keep the same stats, only with a more offensive distribution.
Well, back in the days, at least in my language, ‘pseudo-legendary’ used to refer to the trios and the likes of Dragonite, Tyranitar etc., regardless of base stats, but thanks for pointing it out.
