She may have a canon counterpart in that projection of Twilight that’s been interacting with the Student Six.

Then that just means I have a different view of this enigmatic original character.
Folks instead think of Lady Harmony to be like Xerneas.

Shortly after the Tree of Harmony regained the Elements from the Mane 6, it appeared to show a higher state of sentience, due to the personalities of the previous bearers (the Mane 6, natch) imprinting on each individual Element.
No longer content with being rooted in one place in the middle of the Everfree Forest, the Tree used the Elements to craft itself a new body based on the last living beings to use them (again, the Mane 6), and assumed the form of a very large and elegant unicorn with a similar crown to Twilight’s, only holding all six Elements.
Having chosen the name Harmony, she wanders the deepest parts of the Everfree Forest, trying to make sense of this new body and state of consciousness while continuing to maintain all that grows in the forest.
Harmony is a kind soul who is the living embodiment of balance. Just being in her presence brings a feeling of calm and safety to all who approach her. She speaks gracefully and softly, having a rather subtle echo in her voice. She rarely ever raises her voice, even when angry, which is itself a very rare occurrence.

She needs wings. I’m imagining her as the Goddess of Harmony.
