Well I am far from normal myself but to me the lack of control is adorable but not “sexy”  
Oh well!
 
Might be interesting to go through the scenerio as a changeling rather then anon, you could taste when she was secretly loving it even if she didn’t want to say so.

But why :( She is not a sexy pony… well okay but thats beside the point. She is just so cute and I wanted to help her out cause she is so nice!
 
I only had to change her a couple times that night, she pouted the whole time but even she had to admit it was more practical to have a second being do it so we could get it over with before the smell bothered spike.

I don’t think I could clop to this but I am not sure Twilight would find what I WOULD do all that much better.
 
  1. Snuggle her tight and tell her how cute she is. (she would probaby be okay even like this a little even if it is embarassing)
     
  2. Wrap her up in blankets and get her into bed and wrap myself around her. (she would probably start getting annoyed at this point due to the amount of fuss made and restriction of her movements.)
     
  3. Check to see if she needed anything such as a book, food or drink, or even more blankets. (“Fuss” levels would probaby be reaching their limit though she would probably apreciate the thought)
     
  4. Check to see if she needed a change as I pull her close. (Fuss levels and boundry alarms would most likely shoot through the roof and I would get told off)
     
  5. She would be confronted by my biggest “kicked puppy” look and most likely grumble out “Oh fine…” and I would go back to snuggling a rather disgruntled pony.

A) She isn’t incontinent.  
B) The creator is a fetishist so I assume this is not a life-style diaper picture.  
C) Before you say “look at her face! She’s obviously not happy and therefore incontinent.” There’s been plenty of pictures where ponies have this expression, it’s simply humorous.
