hm… yeah, either that costume is uncomfortably thick, or the girl isn’t wearing anything underneath that. all in all it’s a rather good cosplay, but I’d suggest wearing something underneath that, or looking up clothing related laws for the location of cons, because I know for a fact there are towns around where I live where being in public without underwear, even if you’re wearing something as concealing as this, is illegal.
