Sure, I like Twilicorn, but since the narrative implied that becoming an “alicorn” was a big deal, I damn well expect an explanation for “alicorns”

Nah. Zergs are good for bay guy game but no good character development beside evil lolz.
 
This is what I want to see in a changeling character. Some changeling not evil but controversial. A different philosophy to be explored upon.

I guess that would depend on the structure of their society. If they work like hive insects then you won’t see any changelings acting independently of the swarm. Think Tyranids, or Zerg.
 
Personally, I want to see something to the effect of a Tyranid swarm out of the changelings. With different bioforms introduced. Make them a real threat outside of the “lol we almost took the most poorly defended city ever!” moment of the wedding.

I am honestly hoping for a changeling character to appear independent of Chrysalis.
 
At least in the same sense that ponies are independent from Celestia because not every pony is directly doing her bidding or working in her employ 24/7.
 
Changelings doing other stuff that doesn’t involve conquering Eqestria or getting revenge for failing to conquer Equestria.
