I really don’t think she was portrayed as a tyrant or troll here. I think it’s more like the classical stereotype in lotsa comedies, the “older sister who wants some family time but is completely oblivious how the younger one doesn’t need it at all”
If Celestia is less than infallible she’s a troll/tyrant/incompetent, and Luna should be totally unsympathetic? I think it’s a bit of a stretch to say that this comic is portraying Celestia negatively.
