I kind of feel like that just cements the fact she’s a lot more powerful than she lets on, and just tends to take a dive in situations where she knows others can handle it and experience growth from it.
This is actually fairly reasonable. Back before Ambris drew this picture, I went on his blog and pointed out how some people draw the humanized/anthro versions of them as giantesses, and how weird such pictures usually look. While the princesses are tall here, they’re still within the upper limits of human height.
According to the comics her muscle is more than just a “bit”.
