I can see Applejack as the Fredrick of the Mane 6. Boasting impressive HP, Attack, Defense, and Speed to make her very useful at the start of the game.

Growing up as a farmhand on the plains of Ponyville, Applejack grew up to be a skilled Ranger capable of landing accurate shots with her crossbow as if she were kicking down a tree.

They’re using the elite array, which is worth 25 points using the point buy system. It is a bit weak if you’re used to character optimization, but it’s a standard option the DM has to offer the players.
