Heartily agree
We were just discussing this guy on another thread.
Commenting on old pictures isn’t exactly a new thing.

You’re part of the problem.
Bad tastes needs no company.
Necromancy is fun!
I think this video will sum it up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aN6vjn19uf8
Well, bronies keep telling me that “love and tolerate” is a joke, so I can’t say I’m surprised by the behavior in this thread.
Fuck:
Well, some posted a link to us in the thread, so have fun guys.

Shit like this doesn’t change anyone’s minds, it just causes them to become entrenched in their positions. If this guy had any second thoughts of perhaps giving S4 a try or just sticking around for the fanart, I’m pretty sure seeing responses such as this would have stamped such inclinations out.
If you wanted to make yourself a career in this industry, you would probably perceive this tension and kind of hopelessness in the face of economical interests. If you don’t feel it, it’s not a mystery that you don’t understand this move.
*drought
There’s always less discussion about what is liked than what is disliked.
There’s parts of S3 that I didn’t like, but I liked a hell of a lot more about it than I disliked it.
If most folks hated S3, we’d all agree on it and move on to talk about other things.

Boy, after how terrible that last ep was…Well, I might’ve but s3 was already announced, so like every dumb abused DV out there, I came back for more, sweet daddy
Although there was initial surprise that it was good, after we hit the halfway point I started taking hits again. I was ready to crawl back to the shelter by SAYS, but soldiered on through the Gauntlet, Clint Eastwood style. It was sadly, not worth the effort.
And I probably deserve it, but it just seems to me that an overwhelming amount of the discussion about the show over the past few months (and not just s3, but the first two seasons as well) has been unrelentingly negative. People talking about how this character was beyond annoying, or that moral was screwed up, or the supposed antagonist was actually in the right, yet very little discussion about what they liked about the show.
Also dude, “I’ve come to the conclusion that bronies would’ve been happier if the show had been canceled after season 2, though.” <– I want to slap the crap outta you for saying that. That’s just giving in and saying that the whiners and haters are right.
So, it was a play it safe, make only enough for syndication, and see what happens, thing?
Not I. A Canterlot Wedding left a bitter aftertaste for me, so I was glad to have another season with the Mane 6 back in the forefront.
At this point, I simply treat every season as if it were the last. If I’m wrong, it’s a happy surprise.
