I like this idea, since most ideas about Fluttershy’s parents are typically both being soft spoken and dead. So I like the idea of her father being a macho ex-wonderbolt, and her mom being softer like her daughter. I also like the idea that their both alive and not dead.

Never saw it, probably never will. Can you honestly tell me that you can read that dialogue and NOT hear it spoken like the Tick? ‘Cause, that’s who played him in the live action show. You might remember him as Puddy on Seinfeld if you’re old enough.
