Well, better late than never, I guess…
Look, I’m sorry that I apparently pissed you off. I just don’t entirely agree with you. Let’s just end it here before it inevitably spirals out of control.
Or maybe it’s just because those of us with previous professional grounding in such know what the fuck we’re talking about and how hard we’d fire these idiots for some of their shit they call writing.

I also liked the irony when CR tried to use “Luna Eclipsed” as an “example” of how “bad the show got sense Lauren left,” and then later during a 4Chan Q&A session between her, and some fans she states she was actually heavily-involved in that episode.
Nothing against CR (or Faust) personally, I just think that’s funny.

Really? Because I don’t see much of a improvement OR a regression.
I think they paid an outside company with access to the episodes to make it. No one at the Hub would have allowed that, especially not with Mike Vogel in such a high position.
So you suppose it was the Hub that acted alone when they spoiled that scene for everyone?
Storyboarder Sabrina/Sibsy was actually a bit upset about that, and Tweeted, saying they’re spoiling some of their best jokes. (Granted the scene was edited to have Rarity & Fluttershy put in to react to her, but still, it did kinda make the bit less funny/surprising.)
You can tell that the previews aren’t put together by Hasbro Studios. No one working there would want something as big as that just put in the commercial.
You know, I never even knew that existed. Likely because I didn’t work the toy department though, like at all, I just looked through those fliers at the front of the store every now and then. But I checked the site out, and lol dat cutie mark. Now I wish I’d gotten him, I bet they buried most of those sets like Atari did ET. They’re probably horridly expensive now.
I honestly thought they shouldn’t have put that Pinkie Crazy Face scene in the previews.
There was a point during S3’s airing when the “previews” were seven or eight minutes, or the absolute best/most memorable parts of the episode.
Yeah, season 3 felt like they were pushing the boundaries.
I remember seeing previews for S2 episodes, but nothing like with the flood that S3 had.
Season 2 didn’t get too many spoilers, did it? I wasn’t fully ponified back then…
I think they realized that it’s not good to do that. Both because it makes leaks more likely and lessens the hype.
I’d be surprised if they did previews.
Yeah, they’re a little bit more tight lipped this season. Few spoilers raise hype. Overdose raises expectations to unprecedented high, making one more prone to disappointment.
Why do you think they made the crystal thing to begin with? They can save on paint. Just cast the pony in one color and paint on eyes/cutie mark. Done.
Makes me sad we’ve got nothing from S4 yet. We got that about two months before S3 aired.
Kinda hard to make a “crystal” brushable, don’t you think? Especially considering how cheap and lazy Hasbro is when it comes to brushables. (Things like making Vinyl’s glasses stickers, or literally recoloring NMM to make the Chrysalis brushable)
