Makes sense, since Tails can keep up but isn’t as fast as Sonic, and inevitably gets left behind in the dust, just like Dash.
She got Rainbow Dash into it.
Now RD’s favorite video game series is Sonic too.
And her favorite game is Colors, obviously.
Therefore Rainbow Dash is Tails.
…Ouch.
Reverse order: tails can fly, sonic cannot; RD could fly; Scoots cannot.
To be fair, Tails couldn’t fly in Sonic 2. (Unless left behind by Sonic, and would fly automatically.)
