there was a Hub promo last year where Red said she used radish bars in her hair so it could stay up like that. It’s on Youtube (the specific part I mentioned starts at about 2:11): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIKeS3yf6Tg I suspect that a little radish bar action was in play in this picture. :)
