She laughed when Spike fell into a freezing lake and when he got sick she was like “oh you”.  
I’m not someone who is taken aback quickly, but I still can’t get over that, or the fact that she threw him against the wall and proceeded to say “not doing anything didn’t work either”. Apparently slamming your charge into things and knocking the wind (or fire in this case) out of them is ‘not doing anything’.

Geez, I know twilight can be negligent, but she isn’t THAT bad. Even if she was sick, she would tell quickly that spike needs to rest.
