It has me stumped too. I’m thinking maybe a collection of parts rather than a single scope. One company’s Picatinny rail riser, someone else’s Picatinny rail mount with integral laser, someone else’s scope. It’s not really put together well; three of the screws on the mount aren’t even engaging slots in the rail riser.
