Just about the same except I bet Rarity and Pinkie are secretly sad drunks and Twilight is more of a party drunk and willing VERY willing to do something impulsive and stupid like dance on top of the statue of Celestia and cast spells for a similarly drunk crowd.
Also Applejack and Rarity may have done something the one time they were both drunk at the same time but will deny it and threaten to tag-team curb stomp anyone who demands to know otherwise.

Twilight Sparkle: Slutty drunk, two or three glasses of wine and she’ll be all over you.
Applejack: Will drink you under the table, so don’t bother.
Rainbow Dash: Mad drunk. Will get into a fight.
Rarity: Also a mad drunk, but will get YOU into a fight. Be on your guard.
Fluttershy: Like Twilight Sparkle x10. This is why she doesn’t drink.
Pinkie Pie: Becomes more rational the drunker she gets.
Part of my headcannon says that RD has a secret super cuddly and intensly affectionate/mushy side because she is so loveing but keeps it secret cause others wouldn’t understand and thus wrongly think her “uncool”
So if she got drunk she would be one of those suddenly super gushy/confessional types.
as for Twilight…. drunk science… that is all.

What do we mean by better? The more entertaining or whoever can hold their liquor better?
Twilight would probably get drunk quickly and start spouting factually incorrect things, while trying to get ahold of another drink. Rainbow would last a bit longer, but she would become a HELL of a lot more rowdy and crude.
All I know is that my headcanon says that Twilight is a sloppy drunk and RD is a mad one.
