In my defence, she is drunk.
It blows. French Canadians suck. They have this obnoxious clique mentality against anyone who’s English (Even though we moved there when I was 8). There’s a reason why Americans think French is romantic while Canadians think it is annoying.
You’d wanna say “Est ce que vous voulez sortir avec moi ce soir?” Say it in a sultry tone to an American woman and kiss her hand, and you’ll have to run a mop under her when you’re done.
The only reason I know the language is from sophomore and junior french class.
I can’t imagine being in French Canada.
But hey in place of french I hear “ghetto” all day, so we’re even.
French is seriously messed up. Take it from someone who (shudder) grew up in French Canada.
