A raspberry would be a decent description of what Derpy is doing. She isn’t blowing in air. You can tell by the following two things:

Except the noise being portrayed here doesn’t exactly sound like motorboating. I’ve motorboated. Flabs of skin don’t usually go BBVVRMM!! unless you’re making a raspberry into them. Plus, Derpy’s cheeks appear to be holding in air. She’s definitely motorbutting (heh), mind, but it also appears that she’s blowing in air. Which is really dangerous and results in almost certain death.
I seriously doubt that anyone’s going to look at this image and say “gee, I’m gonna go blow air into my girlfriend’s vagina now”, but the more you know. It’s called air embolism. You can read about here. While it’s certainly rare, you really don’t want to risk it.
I’m feeling apprehensive about actually spending time on this…

The action in the image is ‘moterboating’ which is generally only performed on boobs. In this case, it’s preformed with the buttcheeks, but it stands to reason that it is the same process.
Which is to say, Derpy plants her face, then turns her head left and right while making noise.
So, whether or not blowing into a vagina/anus is actually dangerous (I don’t care), that is not what is happening in the image. Even if we entertain the motion Derpy might accidently do so in passing, there is absolutely no chance she can build up enough pressure in the 0.5 seconds she’d be doing it before she’s turned away again.
It’s pretty pointless to mention the dangers of something that is in no way being portrayed.

Because that’s totally how people motorboat, they actually blow air into the boobs. I’m glad you cleared up that it doesn’t work for vaginas. >.>
