oh i see…didnt considered the 5 bonus from fallout before…my bad
In fallout you get 5 in each plus 5, you can take points from one skill and put them in another, he put the extra 5 into STR, and took 1 point from INT and PER and 2 from AGL, and put them into END
he has 7 skills therefore the points he would need to be average would be 35 points total(5 each skill), he have 40 right now…not VERY op, but above the average, yes

I don’t specificly mean in Fallout: Equestria, I just mean what their canon stats would be.
