While I disagree with his wording, Derpii was just giving constructive criticism. If the artist ever checks derpibooru I expect they’d be glad for the advice. I always am, when people criticize my work.

While like in the picture most of the pee would pool in the bottom from gravity, there should be a visible trail going from a little under the tail down to the bottom. This is where the vagina is. Also, if there’s enough pee to be visible on the outside, there should be a rather noticeable sag at the bottom. If you are going to make an image of a tiny colorful horse pissing in a diaper, at least make it anatomically correct.
