Metal-Kitty even did a comic about what Meet The Medic would result in with FlutterMedic.
Yeah, I don’t think I could ever really see Fluttershy doing Meet the Medic. She’d be super clean (unlike Medic who goes into surgery bare handed and with his lab filled with doves), she’d panic after the heart exploded (I doubt she’d even try the experiment to begin with) and after pulling the rib out, and I’m not sure she could stomach a fridge filled with animal organs and Rarity’s severed (and kept alive in a hellish state) head.
Not to mention the medic is a psychopath who experiments on his patients.

Also consider the Sniper is the only team that seems to even consider being polite about murdering his enemies, besides maybe the engineer. He even apologizes in some of his quotes.
The Medic is QUITE mean. He ubercharges his allies to help bolster their kill-count, he uses bonesaws as melee weapons, AND he shoots his enemies with needles.
The Sniper? At least headshots, usually being instant-kill, can be considered something of a mercy.
Plus, it’s like he said on his post; the Medic is still responsible for deaths. For each person killed by the merc he’s healing, he’s had a hand in another murder.
