Vinyl Scratch as a lover. Going off of fandom, she seems like someone who has an easy time getting along with everyone, and has a nice personality overall. Music is one of the easiest ways to change my mood. If I had a headset permanently stuck to my head, and she could control what music plays in it, it’d be like mind control. Good music, with someone knowing which tracks to pick would have that effect on me. =)  
Being good at DJ-ing, I would assume I’d always be in a good mood around Vinyl.
 
Cloudchaser as a friend. Judging a book by a cover, she seems like Rainbow Dash, if Rainbow Dash didn’t want to hog attention so much.
 
Octavia as a hater, because she seems to have standards that are too high so she’ll hate most people because of that.
 
Spitfire as a boss cause Wonderbolts.
 
As for Roseluck and Colgate, I don’t really know much about fanon for them so I’ll pick Colgate as a mother and Roseluck for the loss.

Octamom, Dj-l0v3r, rose luck…friend…, spithater, bosswalker and…Colgate might be a time lord and those guys have a tendency to suffer great losses anyway.
