Not that it makes the argument in the image less fallacious, but… wow, that’s a lot of ignorance in that first sentence of yours. Lauren Faust developed the characters, setting, and design style for the show, oversaw the full production of each episode from story pitch to final animation for the series up to “The Return of Harmony”, and supervised the scripts for roughly the first half of season 2 and the story outlines for the rest of the season before leaving. Saying she just wrote a couple of episodes for the series is like saying Jack Kirby just drew some exaggerated action shots for Marvel.

Well, you only did two plot cartoons for fim in Season 1 then you left the studio before Season 1 was even half way over so… Yeah, it’s not yours anymore. Sorry, lady.

This meme seems like it expresses the opinion that someone who doesn’t like Faust’s cartoons is someone who thinks they could do her work better than she does. Which makes no sense, because not everyone enjoys the same works of fiction.
