It was automatically added along with the “twinkie” (Twilight x Pinkie) tag. A whole bunch of common shipping tags automatically add “shipping”, “lesbian”/“straight”/“gay” and the names of the ponies involved via tag implications. But yes, in this case, it’s not appropriate - I guess a previous tagger used the tag to refer to Pinkie dressed as Twilight, but really it’s meant for shipping pics.
