I thought so too, but i think the artist means that Twi and co could all be princesses cause they all have those characterisation more or less. Like Celestia said, Twi learned from her friends alot and turned from a social shut-in book-loving finding making friends idotic pony to what she is now - a princess hated by Mayojar and a couple other bronies.^^
