Chrysalis put her in a changeling cocoon. What does a cocoon do? Provides a protective shell for a growing creature. The metamorphosis wouldn’t be complete, of course… but complete enough.

She certainly won’t be defeated so easily next time, with the love of her entire nation feeding her power to godlike levels.
