EH, Rarity fits better to Mami cause she´s a classy lady, plus cuter dress than Sayakas tomboy one and her frisur is close to Mami´s too.
Shy should be Madoka cause cutecutecute and pink hair.
Twi Homura cause Twi.
AJ and Dash should exchange places. And PInkie´s perfect. XD

Only one of these fits. Mami should have been Applejack. Rarity would work better for Sayaka. Twilight needs to be Homura while Pinkie Pie would be perfect for Madoka. Fluttershy would be a decent fit for Hitomi.
