From what we have seen, I would surmise yes. In ‘Feeling Pinkie Keen’, Pinkie Pie had no reservations about taking Twilight home and drawing a bath for her. Now, moving into greater speculation, given the difficulty in keeping fur clean, I would suggest that bathing is frequently performed by ponies: once a day, if not even more often. Since this is time consuming, the practice naturally morphed in to a social activity. This concept also gives an explanation why a relatively small country town like Ponyville has a spa.
 
Then again, I do like reading more in to things than I should. So, whatever explanation fits your fancy. :)

Do you think communal baths would be common in Equestria? After all, it would be hard for them to clean their own backs/wings, so you’d have to have someone else do it.
