^ I’ve always seen it as being like with frogs. Tadpoles grow limbs as they mature and I guess so can dragons. Either way is fine.

… Where the heck does he keep getting wings from? Saying that he’ll grow them as he gets older is like saying that Applebloom will turn into a pegasus when she’s an adult.

Still cute, but the trend of giving Spike wings out of nowhere is never going to stop bothering me.
