She was a gifted mage that, constantly wanting to be the best, pushed away others in pursuit of her ambitions. This would lead to her pushing herself so far to gain more power that she unlocked her “demon form” that destroyed half a town.
After being defeated by the mane 6, they helped her learn to let others in and to control her anger to keep her other form at bay.
