Spike: Spike was once a happy fulfilled dragon. Has now grown weary by the world around him as he grew older into a dwarf dragon which is why he looks the same but is an adult. It greatly affected his psyche and his perception on life. The only fond memories He had now were now old and unobtainable, however he greatly missed his platonic bond with Rarity. He tried to get Twilight to leave and have different aspirations. However, her stubbornness to care for her friends didn’t let that happen. Spike had tried reaching out to other family members through letters but either got no reply or an occasional letter every few months. He noticed him and Twilight were becoming black sheep of the family. Everytime Twilight pleaded to Celestia, he could see the embarrassment on his family members’ faces. Eventually he quit trying to reach out and focused on taking care of Twilight. Since whenever all the mess between Pinkie and Rainbow dash happened, Twilight began to get less and less sleep. Constantly pulling all-nighters and working on her conspiracy theory boards as she began to keep track of all the occurrences in Ponyville. He began to track her sleep schedule and became genuinely worried for her. Which put him under stress to try and take care of her, making sure she was eating/drinking etc. Eventually word gets around that Rarity is back at the boutique which encourages him to see her again, despite the fact that she hit Twilight with a sewing machine. But she wouldn’t do that to him right? Upon visiting Rarity seemed to act normal, in fact even nicer than she used to be. Invited him in for tea, playing with makeup which was their favorite past time together. Until sometime later Rarity seemed odd and twitchy, which led her to go get her meds. But when she came back, she was…someone else. She tried seducing him to her room, although flustered he nervously refused. However upon refusing, he got caught in her clutches. For hours she tied him to a chair and assaulted him. Cutting him up and over his body as he begged her not to hurt him. Eventually one of the cries gets through to Rarity, getting her out of her psychotic break. Upon getting free he bolted away and hardly ever leaves home unless it’s to get drunk since it’s one of his only forms of escapism other than smoking
