Bad End AU: The mean 6.
Hello everyone!! I want to introduce you all to these very mean ladies, i had a lot of fun designing them! Trying to make them look as close as possible to the original 6 but at the same time not look the same as them was very fun! I incorporated some design elements from their previous generation looks, like Mean Pinkie looking more like G3 Pinkie, or Mean Twilight having white in her hair like her G1 design! Oh also! If you have any ship ideas for them let me know! C:

The mean 6 were created by Chrysalis and basically follow the purpose they had on the show, look for the elements of harmony and try to control them with the appearances of the mane 6. But in this AU they also work as a way to deceive the ponies of Equestria (as if some weren’t angry enough at the poor mane 6), like, how could you trust Applejack if you saw her tricking someone, or Rarity if you saw her stealing, and as rumors also made their way to the original 6, not knowing about their fake versions, they started to distrust they old friends, how else could someone like Fluttershy become so mean? It must be Sombra’s influence!.

Rotten Core (Mean Applejack):

• Her appearance is obviously similar to Applejack, but her hair and coat are more golden/green in hue, she wears two braids instead of one, and her cutiemark is three bitten green apples.

• She works as a swindler and will try to sell you what is basically garbage at a much higher price.
  

Glum Bubba Gum (Mean Pinkie Pie):

• This Pinkie lookalike seems to have the original colors but inverted with a darker coat and lighter mane, and purple eyes, her cutiemark looks like upside balloons.
  

• (Honestly i have no idea what she could be working as, if you have any ideas let me know! QuQ)

Sparkling Zircon.

• With all the beauty but lacking the grace of the original Rarity, she has a bluer coat and a dull purple mane, her cutiemark looks like four gems forming a diamond shape.
  

•  Works as a thief, if it shines and glimmers or if she only feels the need to get it, she will not rest until it is in her hooves.
  

Pushing Daisies (Mean Fluttershy):

•  Looks very similar to Fluttershy with the differences that she lacks the teal tones in her wings, her hair and coat are darker, and her cutiemark is a gravestone surrounded by posey.
  

•  She works as a taxidermist, she knows that it isn’t a common profession in Equestria and that it is mostly frowned upon by ponies, but she doesn’t care and will not hesitate to get in a fight with anyone who thinks less of her.
  

Washed Colors (Mean Rainbow Dash):

• Unlike Rainbow Dash who shows the full spectrum of color in her mane and wings, Washed colors only has the primary colors of red, yellow and blue, and her cutiemark is a cloud with an upside down ray coming out of it.
  

• Her work is making special effects like smoke and fire for the washouts shows, does it has a risk of getting hurt if not handled correctly? Who cares? She clearly doesn’t.
  

Dull Dusk (Mean Twilight Sparkle)

• The most similar to her counterpart, Dusk has a darker mane with a white lock of hair; she also has wings but can’t use them and keeps them concealed with a cloak. Her cutiemark is 5 purple stars.
• Out of all the mean 6, she is the one that takes her work of finding the elements very seriously, she has searched everywhere for them…or so she thinks.
