I don’t recall looking through that person’s gallery, so it really is just that one picture.
 
I like this moderately Tumblr-y style. The characters have droopy, wrinkly clothes, big bulbous noses, plump lips, and stubby fingers It’s a welcome departure from all the “anime style” art where characters have generic arrowhead spikes or basic line shapes for noses and generic lines for lips.
 
Now that I’ve looked at Superlucky13’s gallery, I have seen some of those already, particularly the humanizations.
 
The pics with the human and pony together demonstrate just how good this thin black outline art style works with both human and pony characters.

Sweet picture, but it almost looks like the doc is copping a feel.
