Espresso Doppio is a 33 year old wingless thestral/earth pony hybrid that is of Istallion descent, and now lives and works in Manehattan as a barista for Cookie Cream at her successful waterfront café located in the city’s expansive dockyards.
Affectionately referred to as “Doppi” by her friends, this small and mild-mannered mare has little ambition of doing anything other than living her life just as she already does. She cares little for money beyond paying bills or buying food, and could care less about working a better paying role
Physically, this mare is much shorter than usual for an adult mare, being far more comparable in height to a young teen filly than an adult. Doppi, while not obese, has a rather curvy physique for her diminutive stature- and she absolutely loves the way she looks.
Coming from a large family that specialises in growing their own coffee beans and making their own blends for use in the family’s chain of coffee shops, Doppi naturally has a lifetime of expertise to draw on when it comes to anything coffee- and she uses this knowledge routinely in order to make the best product possible, every single time.
Additionally, Doppi habitually memorises orders and the times that regular customers tend to arrive at the café so that their coffee is ready for them the moment they arrive. This is just one of the things that makes Cookie’s Cafe so popular, especially with the local dockworkers.
But of course, Doppi loves to sing while she works, as do the other mares that work in the café. These songs are often bawdy or lewd sea shanties or working songs, and regularly, the appreciative dockworkers and sailors will lend their own voices to the song.
When it comes to more personal matters, Espresso Doppio is unsure of where her sexuality truly lies at present, and for the sake of this entry, can be considered bisexual at the very least. Apparently, while she couldn’t really care less about the species of a potential partner, she does have a minor noted reference towards pegasus males.
