Here’s a character I’ve not done yet!

She’s like one of the Crystal Prep Shadowcolts, or something… Yeeaah, admittedly, my attention span doesn’t expand too far past Lemon Zest and Sour Sweet when it comes to these characters. Although I do plan on drawing Sugarcoat at some point. She was kinda fun…

Sunny Flare is a character that exists. I don’t really think much of her, but I’ve always kinda dug her design.

I feel like at one point there was a fan theory floating around that Abacus Cinch and Sunny are related in some way, but idk how much water that holds, or really think the theory has much fortifying it (they’re color similarity perhaps?)

If anything, maybe Sunny is one of those goody goody suck up students that Principle Cinch favors highly, yet Sunny herself secretly despises Cinch. She’s only on good terms with her to get the good credits, and the established trust between them, seemingly solid, is actually dubious and underhanded.

’Twould be a chilling setup!

That’s sorta the energy I was going for here.

I have a tendency to headcanon a bit when it comes to characters I don’t really think much of, though unlike some, I really have nothing against Sunny Flare.

Heck, I have nothing really against Cinch! I just didn’t feel like drawing her. In fact with this piece, she too makes a grand a debut in my gallery!… as an arm. :)
