Had someone come back to our pharmacy one day complaining about the Dulcolax that he’d bought as part of a colonoscopy prep. He said it was hard enough to get the first two down, and by the time he got to the third he just couldn’t swallow it.

I’m sure you’ve already guessed: he got the wrong form of Dulcolax, suppositories instead of tablets.
