Speed? Where in the world do you get that? He can dodge bullets going at dozens of miles per hour. I’d also say Wesker has more experience because while she’s been alive longer she’s pretty much used the Elements of Harmony in all of her fights. Wesker has a lot more experience with actual battle.

Albert Wesker’s greatest strength is his mind. He’d plan out the battle ahead of time to make sure he has every possible advantage.  
… That said, as this is a galdatorial-style Death Battle, he wouldn’t have time to plan ahead, and he would only be able to use whatever he carries with him all the time. Celestia, having various magical defenses up, would be able to handle any guns, gasses, or explosives he has on him, leaving him to use his T-Virus. Celestia would still retain the advantages of speed, mobility, expierence, and magic, would have full control over the battlefield, and win.

1.Pinkie’s the only one who knew about the pool, and she’s Pinkie. After what happened they sealed off the cave. 2. We don’t truly know weather or not Celestia really has power. And really it all depends on who’s the fastest, and I’m putting my money on Wesker.
