Oh, man. I can just HEAR the Metal Gear sound effects in my head all playing at once.

I ran into this glitch a little while ago, too. Ended up with a house with three Octavias and the three other musicians (adding more Octavias didn’t make any visible difference.
 
The problem was that she stayed in the inventory after adding here.
 
After restoring my previous save file, I was able to avoid this glitch by choosing Octavia from the inventory, first. Doing so let me pick where to put the house, then I moved in the other three musicians. After that, Octavia wasn’t in the inventory, anymore.

It happens from a bug where she stays in your inventory even after you place her, and you can continue cloning more and more Octavias since she doesn’t leave your inventory.

How does?

I like the one at the very bottom, it looks like she’s calling out to someone.
