Korra was actually a sequel and was advised as one g5 is a soft reboot.
The g5 shows feel like g5 to me
The conics feel like season 11 to me.
Actually thinking about it mym is more like korra in the way it corrects to g4

The premise is the same. And old characters appearing don’t make the new guys irrelevant. Even Aang had a large influence, but does he steal the show?
And like I said it didn’t take place thousands of years later.
Also not really that relevant as the G5 show is not constantly talking about twilight Just how she fought Opaline
With Zuko, Toph and Aang?

I never think there’ll ever be a time where I found a G5 purist. I take it you never like or heard of Legend of Korra?
Except the hologram is the only big G4 connection the show has done so far And yes I’m sure more will come later but the show still feels like it’s focusing on being G5 the comics do not At least in my opinion.

Same universe or not they didn’t need to go straight to a discord story And Give us cobbles which G4 characters on them When they are not important to the story(And also give us unrelated parody comics with the m6)

That’s like getting upset over sequels bringing characters from the past or honoring them. What obviously happens with sequels.
Who exactly can it move on if it is literally without a shadow a doubt a sequel? Its universe is already G4’s. Its very existence is tied to MLP FIM. They can’t move on completely. But are you really getting upset over a comic cover for an issue that it doesn’t even add things to the plot?
It’s not Just this issue so many covers have g4 Characters On them.
It’s minor but it’s like a straw that broke the camel’s back for me
