Well, Phyllis did appear in TYT several times. So Sprout should have been used at least as a background character a couple of times. But no, perhaps he was too busy sweeping the streets in a different part of the town.

TYT has its own universe. So, I’m not trying to find Sprout there. Better save your nerves, do what you like. I’m honestly sorry that Sprout never appeared in TYT. But I just decided to create my own universe. Where Sprout will be happy. He’s not some kind of villain. A real anti-hero.
